Today I have to surrender and let go ... It kind of sucks when your HP teaches you things and then you can see what is going on and want to force the lesson on others. All in due time or maybe never, my part is just to say no.

I agree Truth  I did abandon myself and my princiiples as a result of living wth this disease    It is nice to reclaim our true selves.

Very grateful to have found those Al-Anon tools and MIP because for many years I most certainly had lost me!!
