In the beginning of my al-anon journey I struggled with the back and forth of really letting go of my exAh and had to learn boundaries were for me and my health. I really had trouble letting go and accepting I deserved better and healthier opportunities and until I let go, I held myself back. The steps, my sponsor, face to face meetings and MIP helped me change from the inside out and now I can't imagine living in the miserable comfort I was raised in and married into. Now I am free and it all started for me with learning how to set boundaries for myself. Sending you all love and support on your journey's!
Thanks BF I found that the only way I could let go was to think, know and feel my powerlessness.
