trying not to blame the Ah

This morning in the wee hours I am up again. I am so frustrated & angry w him because he wakes me up every morning to go to the bathroom & to take a BP pill. My dilemma is that I am an insomniac & have been sleeping bad since around Christmas time. So really it is not his fault that he chooses to stay up to nearly midnight when I have to go to bed by 10. I am more angry at the situation than him sometimes but not right now. He keeps me up! And when he wakes me up naturally he goes right back to sleep! I need to work the program & let it go. I am powerless! Need lots of feedback. Dragging in ID. Hoot Nanny

(((Hoot))) It is difficult having insomnia as sleep is very important. Is there a simple solution?

Betty sometimes I think we need to talk to a professional together. He is going to his phychiatrist tom. orrow. We are both under a doctor's care. So in the meantime I will take my meds. I am on my journey towards wellness. And I will deal w me& my Ah & bipolar disorder. That is all I can do for now. Thanks.
