Yesterday and today were big tests for my back therapy...my self imposed, and through research, asking others, my tailored therapy for me......stretching, core strengthening, meditating...more focus on strength and agility/mobility and a bit less on cardio

sitting is my worst enemy...there isn't an office chair  in this world that I haven't "butt" tested that works for me re: back support...so again...i go to GW and i find one of those things that people by, like a pillow sort of thing w/arms stretching out and you lean against it??? i get one and i keep it in my car to take to work and place in the back of my chair but its only partial relief and support,  so again, what do i do?? i bring some resistance bands to alleviate and take breaks for my back pack and i would get up , periodically and do stretches...boss walks in and thinks i am "using" perhaps??? ...i tell him what i am doing....he walks out...He wants not to be seen with me

i worked SIX and ONE HALF hours....doing my thing, even doing stuff in a squat and i MADE IT.....yea, sore, but Today, i was able to clean this house that was beginning to look like a land fill...using the shop vac, dusting, even washed the pit bulls ..All using my back in other words.....I MADE IT

now i am lying on my bed, after a nice bath, in relative comfort,  typing to you all, eating my prunes that i have replaced candy with and drinking my water and i am OK...my back MADE IT

I think I just might over come this horrible injury that drove me to emergency for a elephant sized shot to enable me to endure and be able to work with the pain.......DEC 8th was when i got my shot....FOUR 1/2 weeks ago and i am doing THIS well.....maybe mental immaturity has translated itself to my body, LOL

AINT LIFE GRAND?????
