Go home and leave the guilt here

Sis shared something with me that has profoundly moved me. After she had admitted her husband to the  hospital, she told the doctor that he was a very heavy drinker, and that they were separating due to his drinking. She stated that  she would not be staying with him at the hospital but to call her if necessary. As she turned to leave, a male nurse put his hand on her shoulder and said, " I don't know what has gone on between you and your husband in your marriage but leave the guilt here when you go home. The guilt lies with him and his choices which were not yours. Don't take it with you." She said she felt as if a heavy weight was lifted from her soul with a stranger's words. HP working maybe?

Sure sounds like HP to me. It takes a willing person to pass on a loving message. God bless that nurse for risking in saying this to her. Love this share. Thank you, deacon.
