gratitude for attitude

I heard this at a meeting today and i thought its a simple way of looking at life. If you want a good attitude then you need to do the gratitude thing. Theres always something to be grateful for, even in the midst of drama and chaos, you just need to look.

and look and look, but its very true......grateful doing is putting out good energy, it dissipates the dark energy, anything to keep ones energy "lighter" not dense and anything to keep on a "lighter" frequency.......its cause and affect.....finding something to be grateful for lifts the mood, lifts the negative.....it helps one not be in complaining mode.....i do it...something thru clenched teeth, but i try to find something to be thankful for........nice reminder, LC.......thanks

Here goes: I am grateful for farmers, good soil, laying hens, bakers and bread, cute cats, running water, my own bathtub, warm clothes, good smelling soap, two healthy cats, the scent of bacon cooking, my laptop, phone service, no more mowing until April, good music and movies, trash collectors and the candy, pie and cookies I ate for Christmas and threw away today.

I love to remember this that an attitude of gratitude goes a long way. Thanks LC

And here is my shortened list. I am grateful for: a safe car, money to buy gas for travel so we can see our daughter and her family, their happiness, a warm bed to sleep in tonight, comfy pjs, fresh food, FaceTime, the blue birds I saw this morning, my courage to partake in a "30 paintings in 30 days" challenge, Costco and my Ipad.

This has made me laugh, grateful for farmers and the soil, what a great thing to be grateful for. I am grateful for the soil too. I definately need to get broader in my gratitude.x
