Thanks el-cee! Always a great way to start the day, here is my morning gratitude list.
1. A warm apartment inside and a crisp Fall morning outside!
2. Healthy laughing girls rushing out the door to school!
3. Being healthy and able to go to the gym and get in my morning workout!
4. A good friend wanting to come over for a coffee and a chat before I go to my clinical at the hospital tonight.
5. MIP family always here when I need some ESH!

I too will try to be calm in my mind, enjoy the relative peace that does exist, somewhat, in my world. I am grateful I am healthy. I am happy I live in a beautiful, safe home, in the peaceful country. I am responsible for me. Try to not be sad when it's not needed. Look to what is real. What is real? Look and I will see it. Know it.
The 'just for today' that Betty posted is my favorite! Thanks for sharing all of that, El Cee. I sometimes get mired down in feeling sorry for myself but I know that I can change my mindset at any time!

Thanks for your feedback, I did have a good day. I slept in this morning so missed doing this today and there is a difference. Like an uneasiness or something, maybe ive been acting on my own will most of the day, never a good idea. It does work when you work it right enougn.
