I went to a meeting today, an out of town meeting and someone said something that I hadnt heard of and I wanted to share. The steps can be broken down into 4 parts,

steps 1 to 3 are about facing up, 4 to 6 are owning up, 7 to 9 are making up, 10 to 12 are keeping up. 

I liked that, sounds simple enough to me.x
