I thought this was really funny in a sad kind of way so thought I would share. A nurse had an alcoholic husband and she got herself to alanon, she got a bit of a support network and one member picked her up and gave her a lift to the meetings in her car. One particular night the member waited on the nurse in the livjng room where the husband was drunk with a large glass of whisky in his hand. Well, the nurse was chatting away to the member and casually dipped a syringe into her husbands glass draining most of the drink out while he wasnt looking. He was none the wiser.
