I was just able to get onto the step board.

I noticed that shortly after I asked that question, some 0s with an x through it (whatever that means) disappeared and the board was back to normal. Thanks to the computer genie in the sky who reset the board in some way? Kenny, what does the 0 with an x through it mean when you see it where images or text generally appear? Thanks, Paula.

Welp - the same thing happened again - the circle with the line through it where the buttons normally are and no way to enter the rooms other than this one. I have turned my computer off and on to see if this will clear the problem several times previous to asking the question and it doesn't seem to make any difference?

And update - again, when I ask the question at the board, then the matter seems to clear itself up again and all imagery and access is back again? Woo-woo, woo-woo/background tension building music. smile

Catherine, that usually means that the image that is on that button can't be found by your computer. Likely there was some problem at your internet connection or at the server that MIP is hosted on.

I've had a couple problems the last couple of weeks getting on the board but it usually clears itself within 1/2 hour or so.

Thanks, Kenny. You're my go to guy on these things. I hope you don't mind? Thanks for letting me know that you are also experiencing problems at the board. I use to go to the technical site room but couldn't this time and haven't always gotten help there either or don't know how to get help there (might be the actual reason - there is no secret that I am computer challenged.)

You taught me something new Catherine, I didn't know there was a technical room. I will check that out from now on when I experience tech problems.
