on Hawaii....Iselle and Julio.

 

First...I am remembering the words of the song, "I love how you love me" and I do and I am grateful to all who nudged and asked and gave wishes and prayers.  Get this picture...I felt empowered to go outside to the storm and raise my open hand up to it and said firmly (as I learned in the program)  STOP!! and came back inside with the puppers for company and then Iselle did something I knew in the back of my mind would happen...she came up against our two grand volcanic mountains and stopped and turned away and moved away from our island chain.  Maui is getting rain and rain is what helps the land grow and it washes streets and makes for lovely streams and rivers so I cannot when feeling loved find anything negative with what has happened, how it happened and what is going on now.  I never found an alcohol or alcoholic that could make me feel like this so I am awed still...Birds are outside wanting to be fed...so I'll go love them too.   You all have raised me well.    (((((HUGS))))) smile

Friends of mine just bought a house on Maui and were remodeling it and getting ready to move there soon. Thanks for the update on both Hilo and Maui.

I have been so busy either reading AlAnon books or working or packing; I haven't seen any TV in weeks. I deliberatly stopped watching news due to well, news. :)

The only "news" I get are the pop ups on my phone; and nothing about a storm.  Hmmmm. Guess I should go look it up. :)

Glad you're doing well. And it is humbling to know that the earth will continue to spin, and rain will fall w/o any input from me. :)
