my sponsor went to meet her maker at 8 pm tonight and she was surrounded by so much love. Her husband and I called our team of caregivers and we played music and told stories and with the moon shining off the lake out the back sliding doors we celebrated an amazing person leaving earth tonight. It was truly heartfelt, beautiful and so how I want my passing to go. I am so honored and amazed by the whole process. I stayed up late reminiscing with her husband and I can see how it was meant to play out just this way. Thanks for all the love and support here MIP family.

Onto a new season of my life now and I can't wait to see what unfolds next. I am going to pour love into my children, travel a little and just enjoy being free and alive tomorrow. So many possibilities and I am not sitting on the sidelines or waiting for anything anymore, because this life is indeed short and its all about progress not perfection. Sending you all love and support on your journeys!

What a wonderful way to meet your maker. For you to experience it this way as you describe makes it so wonderful and not so much sadness and hurt is way we all should go.

Bless you~ Sounds like a true transition which is as ideal as death can be... I think nursing is a good fit for you. You might have the temperament for working in hospice. Few do, but oddly, it's those counselors and professional medical staff that tell me how rewarding their job is.
