from the clouds and drabness of life so that I can see the beauty all around me. Sometimes I need to see beauty which is totally unexpected to shake my senses into a gasp and a WOW!! Here is just one of those I got in the last day. I've got absolutely no sense of negative in me now. HP whispered "See...take some time with this one".
When the disease was raging...I would have never noticed. You? (((((hugs)))))
jer one thing I do, do, when things are tough, I know that creation is still there. I do drink in the sky, the trees, my animals. It is the one thing that is constant, creation.
When things were so bad, I went outside to be close to earth. It brought me back to some kind of clarity and serenity.
hugs Jer

Thank you for the reminder Jerry ;) before program I never noticed beauty or the present moment. I love to sit outside now and take in nature, sounds, passing people on the street and smells..really be present to life. I was meeting with a friend for coffee the other day when we left, I noticed out of the corner of my eye a little critter running around, it was a cute little ground squirrel ;) blessings I love them ;)

Absolutely Beautiful Jerry I always saw the beauty in the world, the plants, and the creatures through my minds eye---with alanon, I can now "see" with my heart. What a difference!!
Thanks for the gift
what pretty fish! my guess - albino beta? yesterday I was trudging back from down the street, head down thinking about the things I had to get done that day (ok, trudging is a bit harsh, but i'm a fat woman walking uphill so trudging is what it feels like as I near the top) anyway, I looked up the hill and the way the sun was hitting the trees, clear crisp blue sky, wow, what a beautiful world we live in. Thanks for this pic Jerry - cheers!

This fish is a Beta or Siamese fighting fish...It is all white and not an albino as albinos have pink or colorless eyes. This critter is a beauty among beauties...all of them are beautiful and for me not all are as stunning as this one is. I've never seen an ivory white Beta. They are one to a bowl because sadly when you put two of these together almost all of the time they loose program and fight, tearing each other up. Stunning beauty recently has taken my mind and vision off of the negative things in my life giving my spirit a break and reminding me that "God Is" and I am grateful. ((((hugs))))
Beautiful picture Jerry. I thought it might be a Beta. They are beautiful. When I need clarity, I too, go outside. There is SO much beauty every where in the outdoors. Thanks Jerry.
