There was another court date today .. similar updated status deal .. word on the street is STBAX's atty is very over him at the moment. They are going to have to compel him to come to court to show his financials.
It actually means I could be divorced sooner than later ... we will see.
Sooo .. things could FINALLY be winding down and be working in my favor if he continues to ignore the courts and his atty.
Keep the prayers coming I'm sooo excited to think about this chapter ending at the same time it brings anxiety on. The fear of the unknown.

yea, i remember when i finally got free of my , especially, alkie #1....omg...yea, fear of the unknown but i embraced it b/c i knew life could only get better w/out having a drunk around me, sucking the life out of me.....i thought at first he would fight the divorce,but he didn't, thank god......

I'm more anxious today than I was yesterday .. of course I haven't heard from my atty. It is just frustrating not to get ANY information and not know what is going on at this point. I want the contempt charges brought forward and we will wait and see if that happens. I already owe my atty a LOT of money. It's just one of those deals I told him to be as aggressive as he needs to be in order to do SOMETHING to force the money issue with him. If I don't get paid neither will he .. I have to make it so the money comes directly to ME .. I have learned that the hard way .. LOL. I'm sorry he can get what I can pay him as it comes.
Anyway, I just wish it would hurry up. I also found out I made a HUGE mistake with money and I'm just devastated at the moment it will work itself out I'm just upset with myself which REALLY has caused some anxiety. Sigh .. I do this stuff to myself.
