level.
Hi Sylviahenry welcome. I am not sure about" o-non" meetings but I imagine you could check the white pages.
If you are not successful, I suggest that you check out alanon face to face meetings in your community and attend . You will find the hot- line number is in the white pages. Alanon suggests that we attend meetings and keep an open mind as to "Who belongs " If the meetings "feel " right continue to attend. Many of us live in denial and do not even realize that the disease of alcoholism is in the Family of origin or other relatives.
Alanon 's 3rd Tradition states "The only requirement for membership is that there is a problem of alcoholism in a relative or friend" Actually I do not believe there is a person living that has not experienced a problem with someone else's drinking in their life. :)
So please attend , see how you feel and keep coming back here as well You are not alone.
The Alanon program has helped me with many things in my life. I had to start with me. Using the tools, steps, and traditions everyday gets better. I feel so much healthier from the inside out. I agree with hotrod "if it feels right" keep coming back.
