information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
I brought a friend that I thought could use some al-anon, which always makes me happy to share this program with a newcomer, but it got even better. My sponsors husband was there and he told me how great my letter and card were and that I should come and visit her tomorrow. So Thursday I am going to the nursing home and get to see her in person before she passes and let her know in person how much her love has meant to me. She gave me my ODAT book and I read a little note in it last night dated 11-21-11. This woman has helped rebuild me from the ground up and gave me a solid foundation through al-anon that is strong and sturdy to build from. Her love. kindness and time has Mothered me and now I have flown from the nest ready to take this life on head on accomplishing my dreams and goals and am no longer holding myself back. Life is good, not easy or without difficulties, but worth it and I deserve it! Sending you all love and support!

That is so wonderful. I'm sure she was so glad to see you -- what a wonderful way to pay back all the support she has given you. So glad you were able to do this.
That's working it with Love and Gratitude Breaking. Your post resonates with my own experiences. Simply we get to past them along with who we continue to work with ourselves. I love the picture of this. I have strived to do this also; passing on my early sponsorship who's love and support saved and then changed my life and how I was working it. Great share.
