Well after four years of complete and under chaos. I finally feel free. The ex-A has emailed however has not once shown up at my home, since the last incident. He has texted, but has not not texted once since my boundary. Today is pure peaceful bliss.

I am so glad you hung in there and came back! It's amazing watching you progress on your path to recovery.

soooo happy for you for making boundaries and sticking to them. Dropping the rock makes all the difference. The disease loves to think it is all powerful and has us in control.
