I told my ex-A that "if he texted me about anything other than arrangements for my son, I would block him" Today, he thought bc he was being nice he could text. I blocked him.

Yeah that being nice thing use to get me so I would let him do it. I realized that just led to the next time he could emotionally abuse me.

That is such a good example of boudaries. In my experience it doesnt matter what you say unless you back it up with actions. He will listen to you more now.x

And even if he texts you 1,000 times more, you can continue to send the same message/blocked.

Yeppers and it works when you follow through with what you say. My exAH now respects me more than when we were ever together, because I say what I mean, mean what I say and I don't say it mean. It's amazing when we start changing within how it changes everything around us, including my serenity and how I allow people to treat me. Keep up the good work.
