I just read these words and thought what a great thing to share.
"Remember that hope is not a strategy," she said. "Problems don't go away when you ignore them -- they get bigger."
It reminded me of the "elephant in the room"
This is interesting... Hope appaerently can be many things. Hope can also be used as a form of denial I think. I hoped many times that AW would stop drinking without taking any real action. Yet, as Cathy said, we need hope to embark on any endeavor, or to change a behavior.
But I also agree, a strategy it ain't.
Hope for me is more attitude...positive attitude ...it keeps me working the "right thing" expecting "right results". Like the post and responses. (((hugs)))
