Yep the world needs a group hug! I am especially in need of one today. No big deals, though, I just need my daily hug. So, it seems that days like today are sometimes rare but they happen when we least expect it. I am so grateful for the sunshine when it comes up here. Today it is kinda dreary but we had loads of sunshine for nearly 3 days. It was in the high 70's yesterday. I am so blessed to live up here in God's country. I am so grateful that I have a relationship today. I have no real complaints or problems; some issues. That is what I call them these days. You are part of my journey to wellness. We will never graduate--we only have today. I don't want to project or spend time wondering how the future will go. My sisters are coming up to help my mom move soon. I am kinda stuck in the idea that their visit might not be a success. It is only me thinking. They maybe just here to rescue my mom. I am here to let go & spend time taking care of the business at hand.

What the world needs now, is a great big group hug. I like it. We could remake that old Burt Bacharach/Hal David song.

glad you are so much at peace and yes it is beautiful in gods country. I haven't heard that term for a long time :)

as for projecting into the future, I am beginning to be watchful of the fact that what we think is what we get.

tell yourself a sweet story before and during and all will be ok
