Well now .. been an interesting turn of events today .. first thing first I got my headlight taken care of to the tune of 18$ thank goodness it's done!
Got a few other things done I'm having to apply for aide for my power bill .. however .. it is what it is and if it's available .. I'm taking it.
The other news is I can always tell by my STBAX's behavior what is going on in terms of things aren't right kind of thing .. well .. things aren't right and he's being compelled to appear in court over a bill. The way I'm reading it .. it looks to me if he doesn't show .. he goes to jail. I guess they have had a hard time serving him and he's beyond furious. It could be a number of things from when my daughter thought she broke her ankle (a little to much like her mom .. lol). To the fact of his fines he hasn't paid from the car crash last year. There is the HUGE hospital stay in regards to the DUI years ago as well as the newest hospital stay which I'm sure is in the thousands. I mean 10's to 20's in thousands.
So his behavior is definitely about money and the fact his motto of "just don't pay" comes into factor here. He's angry because .. insert reason. Just like it was stated by Pink .. his behavior is unraveling at the diseased part of him. I very honestly need to NOT be in or around the area during that time because I do have concerns about my safety .. he is misdirected in his anger.
Granted none of which is my business .. it IS my business when he's abusive to the children or myself and he's definitely doing that part of the deal. I call it financial and emotional terrorism. Very strong words I realize however .. that's what it's like .. complete and total warfare.
I couldn't figure out where his venom was coming from and now I can pin point it which makes me feel better because I know which landmines to stay away from ANYTHING do to with money. To add insult to injury .. he may have also been informed that he's getting 35% of his check which is why the speedy move out. All of this started on 4/30 so that tells me it was mounted to the door.
Anyway, interesting day is putting it mildly .. thankfully I have a meeting tonight .. WHEW!!

I just got another text stating he will drop off insurance cards and the money he owes next Friday. We will see how it goes. It's much more rational .. I'm going to keep my distance. Hugs s :)

(((Hugs))) to you. I am keeping my distance as well. My ex-A is having an overnight with his son. I feel much better I have reported the incidents to the police because they are often driving by my home now. I have also been told they are keeping an eye on his place so that makes me have way less anxiety.
I love the deputies in the area .. they are really great. I haven't dealt a lot with the local police now that I've moved .. I hope I don't have to .. it just is what it is at this point. They can be much slower to respond. They are busier which is sad. I feel like he's fishing for me to ask where he's moving .. which I haven't gotten into yet. I did ask him because he started in his text he would be caught up regarding support if I was being caught up because at this point I hadn't been ... I asked about the insurance paperwork I need to sign and so on. Ugh. I'm so over all of this ... anyway .. it's no big deal because it will happen it's a matter of time. It would be nice sooner than later. I'm just frustrated. Anyways, even though his behavior is escalating at least it makes sense as to what is playing out. Hugs s ;)

It does feel better when you can put the pieces of puzzle together in your head and make a clear choice. I am wondering now that I say that if I am often frustrated because the puzzle is so clear (lol) and it is definitely opposite of where my HP wants me going. I feel that to my core. Something to ponder.
