My day started about 4am this morning. Got up got dressed got coffee and out the door by 5am. Took the trek up the hill to my x's house. Picked up him and his wife and we headed north to Flagstaff, AZ. Found the facility that had my son's personal items, laptop, computers etc etc etc. Next I took them both out to brunch....had a nice chat and headed back down south again. Spent a little time with them..getting computer working so they can do video visits from home. New thing the jail put in...video visits over the internet or video visits at the jail. Anyways.....left them and went another 60 miles north east to the jail to visit my son. Had a nice 25 minutes talking. He told me his best plea deal was anywhere from 1 1/2 yrs to 3 yrs in DOC. He will know more Monday.
Now I'm home...tired and beat from driving. No stress just a long drive from north to south...east to west. Big yawns right now.
Tomorrow will be spent at the COPD study clinic. Having to quit the study because I'm on placebo and at a point I can't breath very well. I need to be on maintenance medication. They give me a rescue inhalator and I'm using it daily just to breath. Not good. When I started my FEV1/FVC ratio was around 60% and the last time I went it was down to 40%. It's getting harder and harder to even walk without running out of breath. Another not good.....
Well that's my day my friends.... ((( hugs )))

Cathy: Although I'm glad this was a no stress visit with your son, it sure is concerning to know that your breathing capacity is less now than when you started on the study. I am glad you can obtain maintenance medication and that you have the rescue inhalor to help for now. I do hope this current medical issue is resolved to some degree for you soon and you are breathing easier in a short time. Until then, it appears that you are feeling calm and centered? I hope you sleep well tonight, sister. Take good care of you.
((((Cathy)))) so glad to read that you had a good visit and that your sons grandparents will be able to video visit. That sounds like a good thing for families that are far away and for the elders. I hope your medication will give you some much needed relief. Take good care of yourself:)
