I had my first "government sponsored" driving lesson yesterday. The instructor they sent was awesome; I felt so at ease with her. I think because she's used to working with grown-ups instead of teenagers she had a completely different approach and made small talk the entire time; she said "Look tell me if you find chatter distracting but I figure lessons should be enjoyable plus you're going to be driving with your child in the car from the get-go so chatter is probably going to be the norm" HA!!! I was so amused; the few lessons I've had in the past have been so uncomfortable and formal but instead this was a casual drive chatting away "Oh did you hear that place went for 1.7 million?" "You're joking, drive past again so we can have another look" lol. I was kinda shocked at the end of the hour to realise I'd just done all of that driving without being worried or nervous. 

I think I just might get there this time (Oh wow won't that make a difference to my feeling "stuck"!!!!!!)
