If you didn't know how old you are, how old would you be? What age would you place yourself at?
for me... a youthful spirit, a youthful brain, shared with a 55 yr old body... I would guess I'm about 30 yrs old. or a very immature 35 yr. old. My body tells the truth but my spirit and brain don't listen to it too much. LOL

Mmm, my brain thinks Im about 21 at times, other times I feel like a grown woman at about 32 when in reality, I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror in the mornings and the denial is lifted and Im 42.boo.x
Some days I feel every bit of 41 and I am grateful for it. Emotionally and due to the growth I stunted while drinking, I am probably mentally and emotionally like a person in their late 20s. I am just starting to really go after my career and advance, move up, accumulate wealth, status, getting married, settling down. Things that young men usually do in their late 20s.
My mind and emotions are probably 20, as I'm starting life completely over at 51. Some days, I feel my age, but with hard program work and routine physical activity goals, those days are happening less and my old soul is enjoying discovery.
Although my body is 65 years old (and 85 if I add the number of years I was a seed my Mother carried)(chronological time), I often experience myself inside as youthful of no particular age or timeless(kairos time).
I am feeling like I've caught up to my age. Enjoying it... Feeling older and confident in who I am but young at heart. Enjoying the emerging look of laugh wrinkles and deeper set eyes... They have seen a lot and earned every glory stripe
