teeny tiny text? Help!!

Hmm. For some reason my (windows 8.1) laptop only displays MIP in a teeny tiny font that is so small I can barely make it out.  Like when i was at the optometrist the other day and I had to try to read the bottom line of letters from across the room!!

I've never had this issue on my desktop which runs W7 but can't use that currently so....anyone else had this issue or have a clue how to fix it? 

It doesn't seem to affect any other web page just this forum. I hope I typed this correctly as it just looks like a series of black dots to me

On the bottom right of IE is a magnification control. Is it going to 20% or something?

Oh Kenny I love you!!!
I use Chrome so it was actually top right but easy enough to find, a little magnifying glass, I wonder how that happened?

I view everything at 150% because I am in denial about need glasses. hee hee hee
