Thank you, all. I am resting now and have some time to respond to your posts:

Things are challenging and difficult. There are also times of laughter and joy. Your prayers and your support mean a lot. As I understand it, my father is on the last leg of his journey on earth. The multiple illnesses and health issues that led to his hospitalization in January have not been resolved and will not be. In fact, even with treatment, they are worsening. My Dad has been a kind and generous man his entire life. Now that he is at the end of it, he is dying as he lived - a kind, generous and thoughtful man.

I must return to my home on Sunday - something I don't want to do and yet have to do to handle the responsibilities of my own life. Sunday will be the hardest day for me. Knowing my MIP family is here is a great comfort. Thank you.

And thank you to Yanks who posted a request for prayers for my family and me.
