Spent the day testing at the COPD clinic and saw the doctor about all the tests I took. I'm at healthy as a horse ( BIG horse ) ...just can't breath that well. He said for me to ask my doctor to send me to ??? a breathing therapist, a lung clinic?? I don't know but a place where they exercise your lungs and teach how to breath better. I will ask my doctor.
Now I'm home and I'm going to sit on my behind and do nothing for the next few hours
((( hugs )))

I found that Yoga breathing really helped me to improve my lung function and that Yoga itself was a non strenuous exercise that helped to take off the pounds.
I know that you will find the next right action to take care of yourself.
Thanks for the update. Glad to hear that you were declared healthy!!!!!!!! Maybe moving to a nice moist climate like mine will help with the breathing?
(((Cathy))) I'm glad that you received a good health report! Sometimes health issues cycle and snowball and small changes can then lead to bigger ones. Keep taking good care of you!
Sounds like a good plan, a Pulmonology clinic will get you whipped back into shape and with a little exercise... it sounds like your not ready for the pasture yet
Sitting on your butt for a bit sounds good too, take it easy.

Glad you got such good news Cathy. Sounds like with a little therapy and some time you will be able to retrain your lungs. So grateful to know you and looking forward to reading more updates about how your yoga and therapies go.
You can read those same brochures in the comfort of this climate. What???!!!!! I'm getting to be a nag, a pest, a pursuer! Me! Sweet, darling, little dimple-faced me? (Okay. I don't have dimples.)
