This song grabbed me from the first line. To me, it describes so clearly the feelings of having to walk away from someone you love but they are so "numb" they seem not to understand or even care what they've done. After boo hooing through the Carrie Underwood song that someone posted earlier, I decided to share.

Oh my gosh I just heard this a couple hours ago on face book. It was a video of a little boy about 2 or 3 reacting to the song. The little guy was truly moved by it.
