Dear Venera,

I too believe that this was a powerful response to your fervent prayer. Working the Al-Anon program, and adapting these principles in all my affairs has enabled me to forgive others and love more freely without strings.

By the way your anger and sadness are understandable. Your Higher Power knows your pain and how you struggle. Keep using the Al-Anon tools, stay focused in the day and continue to pray. You are not alone

I believe that our HP does send us clues, or little signs of guidance. We just have to have our eyes (and ears) open.

Great song. Always good to write lyrics down and put them in places to remind yourself of the "signal" sent your way! :o)

just watched a star trek ng where it was said don't die before you die. that hit me hard.

as you get older ya hurt more, sometimes a lot. My hands are pretty bad, especially thumbs. hips....I think garden time is coming, then I wonder if I will really do it. Have to make myself.

I still wear makeup and do my hair. Dress as nice as I can. I don't want to let me die. Also I make myself fix fences and carry heavy things. Its true ya don't use it, you lose it.

with all the pain we go thru in our hearts, its easy to think I just want to give up. one day at a time. hugs,debilyn
