My heartfelt thanks goes out to Elizabeth Vargas of ABC's Good Morning America for going pubic today about her alcoholism and sharing that AA has played a great part in her recovery. Hopefully, her story will inspire others. You can Google her name to view her interview that is available online.

I read her story. I pray she can help others with her story. Many people are not aware of what this disease is and not even knowing it is a disease.

I am sure her courage will help someone else to see that Addiction is not anything to be ashamed of, that it is a disease no one chooses.
