It's OK not to be perfect

One thing, among many, that I am learning here with alanon, is that I will make mistakes, I will have setbacks, I am a human being, and I will never be perfect.  I can accept and like myself regardless.  After my set-back the other night, I went through the 3 A's, became aware, accept my limitations, and will take action for the next time.  The key is acknowledging my wrong doing, especially towards myself, learning from it, and trying like heck not to repeat it.  That is how progress is made.  I feel better.  I have great tools to work with to help me respect and love myself.  Thanks all, Lyne
