yea, my old sick mind was "why why why" or focused on problem...slowly i am learning to say "what what what" and focus on solution...i slip, but i also get it right more than i did.

Alanon is a tool, but ultimately we have to take responsibility for our thoughts and actions, our higher power was there long before Alanon.
