Well, i posted my day w/daughter and at the club...made some remarks about some  "flashers" goin around with almost nothing on and really need covering up...

I hope i did not offend anyone poking fun at these crazy people...I hope my clarifying on my post was proper amend, but right now???? 

I got swimmers ear bearing down on me and I am signing off...taking a tylenol,  keep up the rubbing alcohol treatment and HOPE this thing goes away.....i can't evne think it is throbbing....

see ya all when i feel better.......what  a stupid thing for me to do...I KNOW i am prone to swimmers ear...know i have to do alcohol  in each ear after a swim, and i blew it big time , it just didn't feel like my ears hadn't drained and now i am paying for not paying attention.....

thank you tired and the ones who pm'd with me and wished me better...

I was in intense pain last night...today is easier....however i am going to take it easy...one of my best friends who helped sponsor me in my beginning has resurrected his old, yahoo, aca site and so i am going to try and help him when i get feeling better....can't do too much as i have study....fitness....work.....and, of course,  my program, i am working the first 3 steps again...

I need my sponsor....been feeling a bit aprehensive of late about my biggest job.........i need to hel me.....so today, I may not even go to my beloved club....right side of my head is still bad, but not as bad as last night.....

I try to post here, give es&h and try to help...last night i was in intense pain and today still recovering.....putting my needs for quiet and rest today first.....

Though they might be hard to find in winter, you can buy ear plugs to keep water out of your ears when you swim (I found them at wal mart, very inexpensive, when they closed out the summer stock of pool stuff).
