I wanted to check in and let you all know I do come in and read time to time. I have been working my program to the fullest I can and today when I lay down I can sleep. It had been years since that has happened. I joined the step board, yet to post but enjoy looking around and am thankful for it to being a tool at my fingertips. I am learning to live with the recovering AH in my life and keeping the focus on me and not him. I am enjoying doing things that I like to do and keeping plans even if my ah backs out. I just go along with my life. I have started my blueprint and am dreading but liking it, if that makes since. One day at a time I have been able to keep it simple and am enjoying the smiles in my heart again!
Hope to make an online meeting in the near future as well!

The world must look very different to you rested then it did when you were anxious? Blueprint for Progress. Good way to do a 4th step. To enjoy life again! That's a miracle in itself.
