Well, that first part happened on Wednesday and I had court on Thursday and OMGOSH .. that was just a hoot.  This was for the OP and no I'm not divorced yet .. LOL.  I have an EOP until 1/30/14. 

This was my morning that day .. LOL .. I walk in and a deputy/bailiff had a lovely conversation.  Pretty much .. him teasing and saying when are you going to get a job here .. me .. that's a great idea!  We met again up on the 5th floor and laughed as we walked into the court room together.  I waited patiently and of course I was called forward.  It was a packed house.  I mean 15 atty's in the court room and 20 people standing in the back because there were no seats.  Now I'm thinking ohhh noooo .. this is bad please let the judge call me close to first.  LOL.  Well, I was called within the first 5 cases that was a good thing.   As I'm approaching the judge I'm addressed by 4 different atty's .. none of them MY atty she wasn't there .. LOL.  I get up there I'm standing at the podium.  The bailiff and I locked eyes and I swear never in my life have I had this happen .. he gave me this little wave!  I mean to tell you I almost started laughing because all I could think is OMGOSH .. what do these other atty's think of this interchange?  Well, it got even odder by the moment .. my stbax's atty was extremely nice to me and was teasing me.  Now I do not care for this man and was giving him a little evil eye and responded back to his statement by stating oh .. we are very close your honor to the ending of all this .. it's true.  I was surprised by the issue of having a delay until almost Feb of next year. 

Anyway, I leave and as I leave another 4 atty's address me and I mean my eyeballs about rolled in the back of my head.  I mean to tell you that was something .. it really means I need a new hobby .. LOL! 

I spoke to victims unit to give them an update of where I was at and found out a few interesting things.  I can't share yet however if and when this gets resolved I will share.  That was all Thursday.  Friday there was drama with my active friend.  None of which I am buying and I called her out and just would make statements .. I'm sorry you feel that way.  No I'm not responsible for anyone else's relapse.  It was extremely crazy to say the least alcoholic insanity at its finest. 

Friday afternoon I check my mail on the way home and there is a letter from my atty.  She is moving to CO at the beginning of the year.  I seriously wouldn't believe me if I hadn't been living this insanity for the past 2 years.  Well .. I'm now going to have to find out if I can get a new atty OR I may go pro se and look for a consultant.  Honestly I believe that God has been guiding me in new ways and giving me confidence there is a HUGE reason I saw a couple of those atty's Thursday. 

I won't bore with the ticket issue on the truck.  That WILL be resolved just not yet. 

In all of this insanity .. I'm ok.  I have my serenity and I have my sense of humor.  I kid you not the bailiff story has literally made me laugh so hard I was crying laughing.  If you all only saw this bailiff .. he looked like he is in the marine corp or retired from it.  To have him give me this little wave I never in my life would have thought a man of this stature would do that .. he was so kind and my anxiety in that moment went out the door.  I was strong and clear with my statement. 

God is very good and I am extremely grateful for this and that I can laugh I am more than just a little grateful.
