OK whatever happens, happens. If nothing changes, nothing changes. I am still praying about some of my issues. I have hope for change. Even if I don't get what I want, it will get better! I have to have some confidence. I don't need the stress of not getting what I feel that I deserve. Serenity doesn't come w/ stress. I feel a little over-whelmed at times but that is par for the course because I have so much to do. I am going to have to do a little at a time & get back on track.

So, today is OK. I have to admit there are no big deals today. I have nothing to be overly concerned about.

Kathleen

I loved your post! Hugs to you! I have to remember the gratitude list and start making a mental asset list too! Thank you for that Betty;)
I'm so grateful for this site, and it also qualifies as an asset.

Kathleen-I am a chronic pain sufferer too. I have found that my mental state affects my physical and vice versa. So progress in one area will affect the other. It's strange how that connection works, but it really does. I am always grateful for a good day, Lyne

When I hear the word deserve, I hear entitlement and that makes me cringe.  I agree with Betty, a daily asset and gratitude list may be helpful.
