Ahhhh I hate those days! Especially when the wind is taken from your sails! Some days I just laugh because it is SO insane that bad things can happen like they do. Almost (not quite), but it is almost comical.

Things I have learned and without a DOUBT! When it rains it pours (we will never escape this), when you think you cant take anymore- more is given (we will never escape this), what is meant to be will be and EVERYTHING happens for a reason!!! You might not know the reason today, but you will and look back and say, hmmmmmmmmmmmm .......... Chin up!

Yesterday I was feeling so good, maybe a little too smug about my progress too. Today HP told me I need some humility. In the last 24 hours, Ah and I both have both been dealt major car repairs (expensive), major home repairs, (expensive), and major medical bills (very expensive). Yesterday our finances were tight but manageable, today it seems unmanageable. I guess I just need some positive thoughts and encouragement I know there is a plan for me here, I'm just feeling a little kicked in the teeth right now. Thanks for listening

I say some days, HP must be bored today or needed a laugh!!! And have said many times ARE YOU KIDDING ME :) I am not trying to make light on your problems I have just learned there isn't a dang thing I can do about it............. so here I go again............. SIGH

For my bellybutton birthday my wife got me a key chain chip from Hazelden...One side says "Higher Power" and the other side says, "If God brought you to it;  God will bring you thru it".  I love the affirmation of truth cause that is a reality for me during this recovery.  Troubles are temporary and as it is said in the ODAAT (somewhere)  "Never trouble trouble until trouble troubles you"...it's temporary.   ((((hugs)))) smile
