Sitting here in the hospital waiting to find out if my SO is going to be admitted or go home. A couple of weeks ago my SO hit his nose and it didn't look good. I thought he broke it but he said its just bruised. As I see now he was wrong because last night his face started swelling again and I asked him please go to the doctor and again he said no it will be OK. Well......about 4 this morning he woke me up and asked me to take him to the ER. His face is twice the size, eyes swollen shut and a blister covering his nose and going under both eyes. Now we are here....yes it's broken and a infection has set in. He will be OK but he has cause more damage not getting help in the beginning.
I'm tired, he's tired and we both are missing work. What a way to start the week oh well I just hope he gets better...don't want anyone to hurt like he's hurting right now. He never ever complains when he's sick so this must be a biggie for him.

Thanks for letting us know what's going on with you and your SO right now. I'm hopeful the infection can be cleaned out and his nose set without complication. Lots of prayers and care, Cathy.
Thank you for the well wishes. We are home but I have decided I'm not going to work... " Instead I'm going to Bed, Bath and Beyond and get a few things I need around here. He is sleeping so all is well. I'm going to play hookie.....
I had sent a email of a picture of Will's cousins at his cousin Lorrie's wedding. He just emailed me back and commented how old they are and how different Marty has changed. I told him Marty had a stroke and that's why he looks so different. Only 40 years old but he is living a good life with his HP's help.
My son is OK my friends.... he is safe and working a program so far. Mom is obsessing and not working a program well but is moving to better that one day at a time.

like i said the karma around this week is starting off badly for a LOT of folks....frustration for me, trying to fix stuff, people getting hurt, or sick, or job drama....I have heard it all from so many people. not just here.......i guess its time to throw up my hands...do the minimum and let the "can wait" stuff go till the energy is better......
gotta work tomorrow....BIG day, LOADS to do and I am going slow, and easy, don't care if it takes me 2 hrs. more, I am doin it slow and easy to avoid the crap i went through today.
