Denial no more

confuse   I got a good night sleep after along days worth of tears and trying to understand this kaos and found out my A has forms of manic in his family and he can see all his behavior pattern now how he been to me but still never said he was sorry for drive ms crazy . That's not important to me that he didn't say sorry at least he acknowledge he has a problem to deal with this is why my 11 month sober A is acting the way he does when his higher power removed the drink it activated other illness . Now I feel better knowing I was not crazy and he now knows he needs help now I can support him on that since he came honest and denial of it is gone

These positive timeframes are encouraging and I'm inspired by the increasing strength of your self care. It's a very powerful, cunning, and baffling disease- please continue to take care of you.

In support.
