pain & agony

OK so I am typing & trying to get through the pain! My leg is killing me & I am very tired of the pain. My back has been injured so many times that I guess it is permanent. I turn my back the wrong way & I feel the shooting pain all the way down my leg. Now I am going to have to take it easy this weekend even though I had plans to straighten things out that got messed up already after last Tuesday & since then. I guess I don't have a choice.

Kathleen

Maybe HP needs to sort out the messed up stuff and you get to take care of your back and tend to your leg today? I just hope the pain eases shortly for you, Kathleen. Lots of prayers for healing and release for you.

The other things can wait. Take a nice bath ...have a good meal...relax and get some good sleep. That's what I'm going to do tonight.

Hope you feel better soon...

Hoot Nanny - { hugs } - I live with chronic pain, so does my sister, and so does my son. Severe back and neck problems run in my family. I rarely have a pain free day. I've been told I may become crippled or paralyzed. My mom is crippled. I'm sharing this because I get this part of your life. Plans have to change, the need to rest, always how to protect my wrecked body is a priority, other people don't understand, living with pain (and fear sometimes), etc., etc., etc. I've been this way for so long I don't even remember life being any different anymore. I even had to give up a career I loved and excelled in. So my suggestion is to take the best care you can of your natural resource, your body. I meditate and plan to be well. I converse with HP every morning and thank him for my walking and standing up straight (so far). I used to get sucked into the fear/depression cycle and that's a dead end street. I hope you have professional helpers that can actually help you. I see a very amazing chiropractor who doesn't crack me and a masseuse when I can afford it who has special training for folks like us. So I wish you a quick return to whatever your "normal" is, Lyne
