Thanks to alanon I am able to get to that "attitude of silence" of which Gandhi speaks

Once my soul and spirit rest in that peace and serenity all becomes clear

Beautiful thought to ponder

 gotta love Gandhi and oh yea, the Dali Lama I enjoy reading, too....this is the second message on this board, telling me that I need to be in the silence and to make good of my night time as Cathy had posted.....I am doing a spirit cleansing...casting out old and new burdens of any negativity.....
