Omgosh .. thank you all sooo much!! One hurdle down and there are probably 5 more to go so this is not the end to say the least and I'm sure that the money stuff is going to be what pushes and pulls him over the edge at this point. I am completely shocked and completely in awe .. now .. why couldn't the system just allow the mediator to do what he needed to do right now?!
Anyway, here is the amazing news .. nothing is signed at this point however the biggest hurdle of all .. he has agreed to the parenting plan. I continue to say .. I want what is best for the children .. I want what is best for the two of us and honestly there is no one out there who is going to agree or say that he's in a place to even begin to parent in a healthy way. I have issues that I'm dealing with and the reality is this .. nothing for him has changed and he continues to make horrible decisions and reap their consequences.
I can't post any details suffice to say I am beyond the stars and the moon is an understatement .. I'm just completely in shock in a good way! I don't care what the mediator said .. he said something that scared the crap out of the STBAX because for him to cave .. honestly .. I don't trust it. As the old saying goes .. proof is in the pudding and when I'm signing that deal we will see what happens next.

Pushka, I am so, so thrilled for you! I agree...the parenting plan is such a huge hurdle, and to have it resolved is such a tremendous weight off of your shoulders. ((HUGS))
