Anyone know why I can't edit or delete any of my posts? It just says "you don't have permission to do that" if I try to delete, and if I try to edit, it appears to have worked but then the post just reverts to how it was before when i refresh the page.

Well, I'll try to edit this one since I just wrote it that will tell me if it's a timing issue.

Hey it worked!!! lol.

Guess you were right, hotrod!!!

Hi Melly

I do believe it is a timing issue  Current posts I have no problem editing  Older posts I also have a problem editing

How old is the post you are attempting to edit?

Hi, Melly. I don't know why you can't do that, but did want to say hello to you. I had that trouble for awhile on a couple of posts and then it just cleared itself up. There is a section at the top of our board that is a technical section site that might have some answers for you?

Hello to you too G2B
It seems to apply to any post, recent or not. It's been the case since I joined; annoying sometimes because you know when you get carried away and write more than you meant to or realise you've responded to someone else with a whole lot of your own stuff...well, it's just there forever lol. I thought maybe it was to do with membership level and permissions.
I'm definitely logged in.
I'll check the tech help bit.
Thanks
