I got this little book....12 steps for re-parenting...dunno if it is CAL, but I liked it....also there are books u can surf on amazon.com about 12 steps a gentle way (or something like that)  just type 12 steps and u get a bunch of choices......thats what I did.....I liked from survival to recovery and I have the C to C  and loved it....I don't remember if my 12 steppys are workbooks or just books.....i need to dig into my libray....most of the stuff I work on I got on line, re: worksheets on the steps......I got them off another old site I was on.....I think they were geared for the coda  12 steps, but great worksheets......on line , u can find a lot of good stuff......

Thanks David,

I'll get it.

So far I don't have a sponsor. I have been to two f2f meetings, can't sat I have gotten too much out of them yet. They say I will have to wait for a couple of months to get a sponsor. I sure could use one now.

We have the full library here at home and it is the major asset for us.  I started with ODAAT in Al-Anon the daily reader and still have that reader 35 years later with all of the underlines, highlights, notes, dates and the like.  How Al-Anon Works is our equivalent of the AA Big Book and a major educator regarding the family disease.  Browse your meeting's literature table and check it all out or go to the WSO site and click on literature.

(((((hugs))))) smile
