Yesterday on Dr. Oz he had Steven Tyler for a guest. They talked about addiction and recovery. He brought on his doctor from the Betty Ford Center. The doctor has a great book and Steven Tyler wrote the foreword. I ordered it for my Kindle  for under $9.  I stopped the book I was reading and started it.  WOW!  So many awesome things in it. 

 

One phrase I loved...Addiction is an equal opportunity destroyer.

 

The title is Being Sober. Author Harry Haroutunian.
