I need a lifeline for when the A starts his attitude . I hate bothering ppl at 1 am in the morning

That is what public safety gets paid the big bucks for...call them 911 and the turn it over to them and your other HP.   ((((hugs)))) smile

in my state there are mental health hotlines...not just for suicide issues...but for any issues...it's actually called a "warmline" -- one where people can call and just talk...often these warmlines are connected to crisis dispatch too...

there may be something like that available to you...check with mental health supports and services in your area or state...to see what they may have for supports...

Call the hotline when you need to call.  I did not know about the warmline, that is a good one to know.  These HP workers are doing what they do because they want to help.  Keep reaching out MsC.

I agree......mental health hotline............OR 911 if U feel safety is at risk..........OR a domestic violence shelter...

In fact, I think , if he is even remotely capable of getting physical, I would know the number and wherabouts of a DV shelter, just in case I gotta go....fast......

For me 911 was a good motivator for my SO to seek help with his anger issues. Nobody gets hurt or they go to jail...plain and simple. I nip it in the bud finally after two many years of crap.

Yeah I would do my part to anger him in the past but I have learned a LOT going though what I go through with my son. I apply it to my SO. We have been getting along so much better because of it. We will take responsibility for our own part in this relationship. If not we go our own way.
