I have checked out a few options for meetings, but nothing has clicked until now and it was awesome. The meeting was just like my home group in my home town that I have been missing this last year. So I even took a great friend that has A's in her life and she loved it as well. So I feel pumped and with my month off I found a great group and I will have to see if I can make it work when school starts back up, but I am excited! So much to look forward to and of course it is the same night as my workout class, but I can go swim any day at the Y and don't need a class, but need an al-anon group and new friends in this town, so I am on cloud 9. I even told another al-anon friend about our great family at MIP. So love how HP works! It felt just like home again for me. I hope you all find a great al-anon face to face meeting if you don't have one already, there is nothing like it. I am going to in time try to find a more local sponsor in time also. Sending you all love and support!
