Sounds like a good day. I walked by the river after church and listened to an outdoor free concert in the park. I sat and listened and was grateful to my HP for such a lovely day..

I decided not to do the hospital phone call (to my dad) first thing and have it potentially upset me for the rest of the day -instead focused on my kids and took them to the cinema and had my aunt, my cousin and my niece round for Sunday dinner and then was fortunate to have a good conversation with dad after they left. -

Today was another beautiful day in Southern Ontario. This weekend I was able to catch up on some sleep and I was very well rested.Today I went for a walk on the lake as it was to beautiful to stay indoors. Later, I will prepare some salmon for dinner and go to a meeting.
I feel very at peace.Wanted to share :)

Hey Slogan Jim....I am soo glad U R having a good day.....Our salmon here is either farm raised w/a bunch of man junk in it or its wild caught and too expensive for us folks on SS to touch.......I soooo want some Salmon.....take a bite for me ok??????? Hey....in Canada, do they enforce GMO labelling or is it a "take my life into my hands" arena like the USA??? Just wondering
