now THIS kind I can do

Hi

For me forgiveness for others came when I finally decided to let go of the rage and anger that  I felt about them and their actions.  Once HP lifted that then the event no longer held power over me.

The ODAT, Page 120  again reminds me I should never have to" forgive "since I have no right to judge or blame.  Interesting thought

Reading this is what I kinda feel about my daughter and the siblings who are no longer a part of my life.....

Its not about punishing anyone...I am sure of that...its ALL about taking good care of ME

***Higher Power within........I am READY to make peace with the things and people I cannot change and let them GO..Help me to let GO any resentments or hate or ill will***

I was the MASTER of holding grudges and shutting people out. Then I read somewhere to Forgive.... Because it sets ME free. I did, and it does. I don't have to forget, I don't, but I choose to forgive 'cus it is a heavy burden to carry around every day....
