I am a newly sober drunk.  I was sober for a few years and relapsed.  As did my Husband.  He is still drinking. I have never been to Alanon as we were both sober. I do know what In need to do. But am scared.  Thanks

Aloha Photo...it's okay to feel scared...that won't kill you or even bruise you a bit.   Feel scared and go anyway.  Leave your AA program at the door when you go in.   You will be checking out a different perspective.  You might even meet one or more "doubles" in the rooms of Al-Anon; a member who works both programs and keeps them separate from each other.  Good luck...let us know how it comes out for you.  In support.  ((((Hugs)))) smile
